ACT is the newsletter of the Christian Family Movement. It is
published 8-10 times per year and mailed to all CFM members in the United
States and liasons to CFM International in 26 countries at no charge. The annual subscription rate in USA for non-members is $8.00. For subscriptions, contact .
The primary purpose of ACT is to share news about group activities,
and regional and national CFM events. CFM groups follow the pattern of "observe, judge, and act" in determining the thrust and focus of their activities. News of group activities is always welcome. At this time, ACT publishes two regular columns and one regular feature. "Parent to Parent" by Mary Lou Gorman, focuses on day-to-day parenting principles. "Taking the Time to Make a Difference", by Paul Leingang (a column that is also syndicated in many diocesan newspapers), directly follows the "observe, judge, and act" format. In the past, we have published a book review feature focusing on resources for Christian parenting, and now we occasionally publish book reviews. Reader input is solicited for the feature "Idea Exchange", which focuses on a question of interest to members. Responses may be mailed to the CFM USA office or e-mailed to
