“Love is Our Mission.” The 8th World Meeting of Families will be on September 22-25, 2015. Registration for the World Meeting of Families Congress, which occurs during the week before the Papal Visit is at www.worldmeeting2015.org. Click here for a one page summary.  Pope Francis will celebrate Mass in downtown Philadelphia on Sunday, Sept 27. Many CFM families are traveling to Philly for the conference and to celebrate with the Pope. Since Pope Francis will be celebrating with families downtown at the Festival of Families on September 26, CFM has decided to cancel our gathering at the hotel outside of town. Many CFM families are taking SEPTA rail into the city on Saturday morning for the festival. Please contact the office if you need the one-day rail tickets. We have a limited number available for Saturday and Sunday. If you are familiar with downtown Philly and can suggest a good meeting place, we’d love to hear from you. So far we haven’t found a good place to gather CFMers downtown during the Festival. Don’t forget to contact the office if you’ll be going to see the Pope. We’ll send you a CFM slingbag. |
