Loving the Family God Gives Us
God has allowed the human family to be an image of the Trinity, and in that reality, is a great gift and a great responsibility. We must protect and nurture the human portrayal of God himself. Loving the Family God Gives Us will focus on the universal experience of being a child, something even Jesus himself experienced. Loving the Family God Gives Us will serve as a guide for reflection on the commonality of many kinds of family relationships: being created by God, being the child of a father, being the child of a mother, complementarity, loving our brothers, loving our sisters, having the opportunity to experience intimacy, the blessings of generations and extended family, and also the universal experience of being a child, something even Jesus himself experienced. See the Table of Contents here. Special Note: CFM has developed a 3-year series. Groups may use the books in any order or in combination with any other CFM printed or digital programs, however. It is up to your group. Loving the Family God Gives Us is Book Two of the series. Meeting Jesus Changes Everything is Book One.
